Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Dani...and I’ll be honest with you from the start: I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they can finally exhale. With over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, my background spans crisis intervention, family systems, and culturally responsive care.

I have a particular heart for women and couples who are carrying a lot... navigating stress, relationships, and life transitions...and doing it often without anyone really seeing them.

That changes here.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a real conversation, not an assessment. I take a strengths-based, culturally informed approach...which means we start with what’s already working in you, not what’s broken.

Drawing from family systems theory, solution-focused techniques, and narrative approaches, we’ll gently explore the patterns that keep showing up so you can start relating to yourself and others differently.

My style is warm and direct. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently.

I’ll share a little about how I work, and together we’ll start mapping out what our time together could look like.

No homework. No pressure. Just a clearer sense of direction...and hopefully, the first real breath you’ve taken in a while.
