Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience across outpatient, school, and hospital settings. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC clients as they navigate identity, culture, and systemic stressors. My approach is warm, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, with deep respect for your lived experience. I specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image concerns. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, we can work together to better understand your experience and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My style is humanistic and client-centered, meaning I see you as the expert on your own life. I integrate approaches like CBT and ACT to help you build practical tools while also making space for reflection, self-compassion, and growth. Our work will be collaborative and paced in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy, as well as what you’re hoping to gain from the process. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, I’ll meet you where you are! My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what meaningful progress might look like for you. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels right, working collaboratively toward growth, clarity, and lasting change.
