Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, and burnout. A lot of the people I work with are high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of worry and overthinking. You can expect me to be calm, warm, and steady. I’m not going to rush you or pressure you to “perform” being okay. I’m interested in how your life actually works day to day: your responsibilities, culture, family roles, and the ways you’ve been coping, not just a checklist of symptoms. Many of the people I see are used to taking care of everyone else; in our work, it’s allowed to be your turn to be the one who gets supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, structured, and collaborative. I take time to understand your story and what has led up to this point, while also offering clear guidance, education, and practical strategies you can actually use. When it is appropriate, I incorporate medication management as part of a larger plan that is tailored to your needs and goals. I try to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being open, while we work on building insight, improving coping, and moving toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable, not just quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

First session is a calm, focused space to get the full story and outline realistic next steps together.
