Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing high quality therapeutic care to those who have experienced chronic, complex trauma and are now wanting to break the cycle and heal. I am a firm believer that trauma impacts our whole beings. I take pride in working with my clients to build a collaboration and empowering my clients to be the expert in their own lives and be the drivers in their own treatment process.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulty in interpersonal relationships, PTSD, spiritual trauma, generational trauma, racial trauma, ADHD and mood disorders. Through use of modalities such as CBT, DBT and Christian counseling, I work to provide my clients with the toolbox they need to fully heal and grow.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to providing the best service to my clients, but also to always acting in the best interest of my clients in getting them the help they deserve. If you are someone who is ready to take this journey, reach out today.
