Danica Flinchbaugh

Hi!

I have been in practice, providing therapy services since early 2022 when I began my internship at a community based mental health organization. I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University in 2023 and from this point on, I have worked with a vast population of individuals, coming from all backgrounds, mental health experiences and diagnoses. I became licensed in the state of Pennsylvania in January 2026. I largely specialize in addressing anxiety disorders, depression & mood disorders, stress & burnout along with grief and loss.

I take a collaborative approach with clients, working together as a team to work towards goals. This includes but is not limited to using the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral action, Solution-focused, Mindfulness based, along with always using a Person-Centered approach.

In our first session, the main goal is to get to know you more and learn what brings you to the therapy space! We will speak about important background information along with gaining clarity on your treatment goals.
