Great to meet you!

I'm a LCSW living in Denver, Colorado. I have been working for over ten years supporting people through life transitions, anxiety, depression, or any life challenges, obstacles, and questions they may be facing. I like to work with my clients to find approaches and create a plan together to best provide support.

My approach to therapy

I like to use a strengths based focus but most importantly want to work in partnership with you to find the best path to support you toward your goals. I believe in the importance of being trauma-informed, culturally competent, and that you are the expert in your life. I have worked with youth, families, and young adults for years as well as with homeless youth. I strongly believe we can grow and develop tools to improve our own lives.

What you can expect from me

I know it is a big step to seek therapy and finding a therapist that is a good fit is extremely important. Being vulnerable is not always easy but I hope I can make you feel comfortable and at ease during the process of exploring how to better your life. Life isn't meant to be perfect but when we can learn how to best navigate and handle life's challenges, we can enjoy every day.
