Hello! I specialize primarily in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. With over a decade of experience, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve recovery and wellness using evidence-based practices and an empathic approach. I am committed to helping clients build resilience and achieve lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy is that every client is the expert on themselves and their own lives. Sometimes, however, we get in our own way or are unable to see things about ourselves that may be impacting our relationships. My job is to help clients increase insight into their own strengths and challenges and empower them to use this information to better their lives.

You can expect me to be both warm and compassionate and also direct. Expect to laugh and to cry and to sometimes be uncomfortable; all in the pursuit of finding authentic healing and growth.
