I am a dual-certified Acute Care Adult and Gerontology and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of diverse clinical experience. I have cared for patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of environments, developing a strong background in critical care, mental health, and education. I believe in holistic care, treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. My approach combines medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and patient education to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in anxiety, depression, and addiction. I have expertise in bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use, and medication management, among other areas. My treatment approach includes CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, TMS, and trauma-focused interventions, allowing me to provide comprehensive, personalized care for my patients.
