Welcome
My name is Daniel Bedolla, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years. In that time, I have had the pleasure of working with incredible clients that were interested in seeking self-discovery.
I approach therapy with a client-centered and strength-based approach. I think when facing life's obstacle, we identify our weaknesses in the face of adversity. In doing we can fail to recognize the hidden strength's we may possess, and this could be the factor that helps overcome that very obstacle.
My clients typically tell me how much better the feel after, unpacking everything that they may be brining to session. My goal for any clients is for them to leave more relieved than when you came in.
