Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a State-licensed marriage and family therapist of over 20 years, good mental health is key to healthy relationships and success in all areas of life. Asking for help can be one of the hardest but most important steps in changing your life.

Everyone has a unique story that describes their life. However, most people feel unsafe sharing their journey's pain, confusion, and questions.

I will work hard to create a relationship in which you will feel seen and understood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story that describes their life. However, most people feel unsafe sharing their journey's pain, confusion, and questions.

I will work hard to create a relationship in which you will feel seen and understood. I approach my clients with a trauma-informed lens, using a cognitive-behavioral and Adlerian perspective to help them move forward.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, during which you share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns in a place of safety and acceptance. Going forward, we’ll work together to make your goals a reality. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.
