Great to meet you!

I come from a background consisting of over a decade of clinical and forensic experience, working with vulnerable populations and those afflicted with many types of mental health diagnoses and disorders. I obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and have been practicing as a licensed professional since April of 2024.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a space where curiosity and honesty meet growth. My approach is both exploratory and grounded. From thoughtful discussion to help you see patterns and possibilities that might not yet be clear, to challenging dissonance in supportive ways that encourage real change. I value creating a safe, affirming relationship where you can explore who you are and where you want to go without judgment.

What you can expect from me

The first session can be described as both exploratory and incisive-- we will investigate together what the presenting problems seem to be, and begin to craft the path of treatment together.
