Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care tailored to each person’s unique story. My clinical background includes treating mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions. I work with adults across a range of life stages, including those navigating neurodiversity, trauma, and complex life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical expertise and compassion. I view mental health as deeply connected to the whole person—their biology, life experiences, relationships, and environment.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, I listen closely, explain clearly, and work alongside my clients to tailor care that supports their goals and values.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and inclusive. Whether someone is seeking help for the first time or looking for a fresh perspective, I strive to create a space where everyone can feel safe, respected, and empowered to heal and grow.

What you can expect from me

Treatment may include medication management alongside complementary approaches such as mindfulness practices, nutritional and sleep support, movement, and other lifestyle optimizations tailored to the client’s needs and goals.

Clients often leave sessions with a deeper understanding of their mental health, increased self-awareness, and clear, actionable strategies for moving forward. Over time, many experience improved emotional regulation, greater resilience, and a renewed sense of agency in their healing process.
