Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Daniel. Since 2013, I've dedicated my practice to helping individuals overcome OCD and Pure O. I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of focused therapy, with many clients experiencing significant symptom relief within six months. Beyond OCD, I offer support for the full spectrum of human experience, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. My core belief is that while these experiences can be incredibly difficult, they don't have to define you. Together, we can develop strategies to manage these challenges and build a life where you thrive.

I am currently accepting new clients in Washington and New York. This is the first time in several years I've had availability, and I'm eager to help individuals find relief from OCD. I offer flexible scheduling, including evening appointments for New York clients. Please reach out for a free brief introductory call to discuss how we can work together.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is OCD-specific Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a method I learned directly from its creator, Dr. Steven Phillipson. I also draw upon person-centered therapy, ACT, and other evidence-based practices. Together, we'll develop a bespoke treatment plan that addresses your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away concrete actions they can take to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
