Great to meet you!

I’m dedicated to helping adolescents and families across Orange County navigate mental health and life challenges in a way that feels supportive and approachable. With nearly a decade of experience working directly with adolescents, I bring a practical, clinically informed perspective to care. My background includes extensive work with teens in outpatient, residential, inpatient psychiatric settings, and with incarcerated youth, allowing me to meet each person where they are

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and families, using individualized, evidence-based approaches that are grounded in strong therapeutic alliance and real connection. Above all, I strive to create a supportive space built on authenticity, openness, and transparency, guided by a compassionate and engaging approach to meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Copilot said:

When we first meet, my focus is on you, your story, and what feels most important in your life right now, including your hopes and goals for therapy. I approach this initial session with warmth and professionalism, creating a relaxed space where you can feel comfortable sharing whatever is on your mind, whether that’s your passions, current challenges, or future dreams. I truly value the opportunity to build a therapeutic relationship and see it as the foundation for meaningful work together. My goal is to begin establishing a sense of security and openness, while also collaborating with you on a clear, realistic plan that supports your goals. Above all, I hope you leave feeling seen, heard, and able to fully be yourself.
