Great to meet you!

I’m a human first and a therapist second. I believe in showing up authentically, because real connection is what helps people heal. I care deeply about creating space for people to feel safe, heard, and respected. I don’t pretend to have all the answers—but I know how to walk beside you as you find your own. Who I am is someone who believes in your ability to grow, even when things feel messy.

My approach to therapy

My ideal clients are curious, self-aware, and open to looking beneath the surface. I work well with people who feel deeply and sometimes struggle to manage those emotions. I help clients build tools for grounding, communication, and navigating inner conflict. Our work together is about making space for your full story—without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want to hear what’s been hard, what’s been on your mind, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll talk about your story, your goals, and how I can support you. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me and the space I hold. No pressure—just a beginning.
