Great to meet you!

On the outside, you may look like you have everything together. You work hard, provide for your family, and carry responsibilities well. Yet internally, you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, angry, or caught in the same patterns despite your best efforts to change. My practice is built for people who are ready to move beyond simply talking about their problems. Together, we’ll identify the underlying beliefs, emotional patterns, and coping strategies that keep you feeling stuck. Therapy becomes a place to develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, direct, and pattern-focused. Rather than only managing symptoms, we work to identify and change the emotional loops that quietly run your life—particularly those formed early around attachment, responsibility, and self-control.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want to hear what’s been hard, what’s been on your mind, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll talk about your story, your goals, and how I can support you. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me and the space I hold. No pressure—just a beginning.
