Great to meet you!

MA in Marriage and Family Counseling from John F. Kennedy University. Prior to entering graduate school, I worked on a community mental health crisis team. I served families, clinics, and other community agencies. Primarily, unhoused individuals with co-occuring mental health needs.

My internship involved helping individuals with Intellectual Disabilities an co-occuring mental health needs.

I currently provide therapy in private practice as well as a non-profit community agency.

My approach to therapy

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Many people come to therapy wanting relief from emotional stress, clearer communication, or tools that actually make daily life feel more manageable. You don’t have to have everything figured out—just a willingness to explore what’s getting in the way of feeling more balanced and fulfilled.

You deserve support and a life that feels more satisfying and whole. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I invite you to visit my website to learn more and schedule a session online. Taking the first step can open the door to real, positive change.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, I combine emotional insight with practical skill-building so therapy feels both supportive and useful. I offer a calm, compassionate environment where we focus on your strengths while developing new coping and communication tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
