Great to meet you!

Over the past 10 years I have had the privilege of supporting countless people through challenging periods in their life. As a therapist, I see my role as helping people build meaningful lives. I specialize in supporting families and individuals struggling with depression or emotional dysregulation, teaching concrete skills to move out of crisis and into a life with more fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a skills based treatment that has been proven to be effective in treating a range of disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-harming behaviors, and substance use.

In my work with families, I use a systemic approach, working to address patterns that arise in relationships, and avoiding singling out a single person as "the problem".

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, we will spend our time working to understand what brings you to therapy, and then setting clear goals. I enjoy working with people, but I don't want to see any one person forever. When we first meet, we will set clear measurable goals that we will be working towards in therapy.
