Hello! My name is Dan, and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I am passionate about my profession and enjoy helping my clients achieve their individual goals. It is exciting to see a client go from where they were to where they want to be in their lives! This is all achieved by tailoring my sessions to the needs of each person I work with. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I provide Christian Counseling to incorporate faith and God into our sessions. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.

One of the most powerful effects I have found in therapy is providing a safe space where you are heard, understood, and accepted. I also provide the option of Christian Counseling to incorporate faith and God into our sessions.

The first session is about us getting to know each other, and your goals for therapy. When we build a positive therapeutic relationship, it helps with your success and reaching your goals. We will plan out short and long term goals to help get you where you need to be, decreasing stressors and unwanted feelings, and increasing quality of life.
