Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Dan Feinstein and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. I have experience and training in CBT, ACT/Mindfulness, and ERP for OCD and Anxiety disorders. I treat a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, stress and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that a therapist should provide a balance between offering ongoing support for whatever life throws at you but also the ability to utilize interventions and skill building that can help you to improve your overall mental health. I adapt my style and approach to meet the needs of clients' specific problems and goals. Different things work for different people but a supportive environment is necessary for everyone to make progress.

What you can expect from our first session

My sessions are judgement/pressure free and will focus on your goals or current problems. I believe therapy is all about collaboration and empowerment. Working together to set goals and develop the tools and skills to live a more satisfied and fulfilling life.
