Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist, meditation teacher, strength coach, and health coach, as well as polyvagal-informed, trauma-informed, and EMDR-trained, but—fundamentally—it’s my job to be a good listener.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work to earn my client’s trust by consistently showing that I can handle whatever comes up in the process and continually offer a safe space to navigate our conversations with compassion and skill. I focus heavily on mood regulation (anxiety/depression), ADHD, & issues related to trauma and stress management.

What you can expect from our first session

  • Humility (I work for you; you don’t work for me. I’ve got many tools in the toolbox, but the only ones that matter are the ones you need)
  • Hustle (I’m driven to learn, to teach, and to produce anything possible to strengthen your well-being. Our collaboration leads to alignment of the will and skills to accomplish this)
  • Healing (I work with the mind-body connection. The mind helps the body, which helps the mind)
  • Honor (Showing up in life every day for what matters most)

Daniel's style is

Creative
Humorous
Warm
