Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with seven years of experience across inpatient care and graduate-level training. I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and many other mental health challenges. Spending time with people in their most difficult moments has shaped how I show up: supportive, patient, and nonjudgmental. My goal is to help you feel more centered, understood, and in control of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I approach care with curiosity, respect, and a focus on what matters to you. I work to create a space where you feel safe being honest and fully yourself. Together, we’ll explore your symptoms, talk about what’s helped and what hasn’t, and create a plan that fits your life. Whether you’re navigating daily challenges or more complex mental health concerns, my goal is to meet you where you are—with clarity and compassion.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard and supported. Together we’ll figure out what matters most to you and take practical steps that fit your life, whether that means adjusting medication, exploring what’s causing stress, or trying small changes that help you feel a little better each day. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded and with a clearer sense of what feels right for you moving forward
