Great to meet you!

Are you experiencing a life-altering event such as divorce, job stress, or family challenges? I can help navigate the challenges and feelings that come with such experiences. If you are looking for relief from painful emotions, anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, or chronic stress, I want to address the negative feelings you may be having and help you discover a new path. Therapy is often challenging work, and I want to work with you to make progress towards a more fulfilling future.

My approach to therapy

I use a whole-person approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, and stress reduction tools to treat symptoms. These evidence-based tools address symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. We can find which tools offer the greatest benefits to your needs and develop a plan for prolonged use.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their thought patterns. Clients will also learn practical tools to improve their communication skills, foster healthier relationships, and build resilience in the face of life's stressors. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore, grow, and ultimately, find greater balance and fulfillment in their lives.
