Great to meet you!

Helping every client grow into more centered, grounded person has been my passion for over 25 years. My process is client-centered allowing each client to explore who they are, what led them to this position, and discover new ways to become all they are meant to be. My easy-going style creates a space that allows clients to feel comfortable to explore, to risk, and to grow.

Addiction, Anger, Transitions, and Answers to the question 'Why Did I Do That?' are all areas of focus for the work I do.

My approach to therapy

I approach each client as a unique creation, with unique thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences. I work with each client to uncover & discover the deep parts of them to gain clarity. With clarity, clients work to move forward into a life with more alignment and more satisfaction.
