Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out isn't easy, especially when past experiences have taught you to shoulder burdens alone. Your history, your battles, and the travails you've carried matter here. Whether you're dealing with crushing stress, persistent anxiety, fractured relationships, or just a quiet sense that something isn't right, I see you. I want you to know who I most hope to serve: people who have been white-knuckling it on their own for years. I want to understand what brings you through my door, and I want you to know that I don't try to fix you. Instead, I meet you where you are, honor your story, and walk with you toward real clarity, steadiness, and relief.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; I see my training as a toolbox I tailor specifically to you. My style is active, collaborative, and warm, but direct; I'm an engaged partner in the room, not a passive listener. I ask thoughtful questions, offer honest observations, and gently challenge you, because real growth happens when we move past automatic thoughts and into new possibilities. I bring the tools; you bring the expertise on your own life. Together, we'll figure out what works for you, at your pace.

What you can expect from me

My introductory first session is exactly that: an introduction. It's a space where you can share your story and what brought you to therapy, entirely at your own pace, with no pressure to have everything figured out. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being vulnerable, while also feeling secure and safe. I'll ask questions to understand your background and current challenges better, and together we'll begin identifying initial goals that feel meaningful to you. By the end of this introductory session, you should have a clear sense of the game plan moving forward. From there, we'll work collaboratively in the sessions that follow to turn those goals into reality.
