I graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an interest in Finance, as well as a Master’s in Counselor’s Education. With professional experiences in asset management, recruiting, and executive search, I look at counseling as a collaborative project where client and counselor find innovative solutions to achieve their life goals.
I like to begin by getting to know you and your goals for counseling. I want to be the student who gets to learn about you from you. Then we begin the group project, collaborating back and forth to plan and implement skills that fit the strategy of how you want to live life.
I always try to let the people I sit with leave with a new lease on the same topic. Even if their perspective is validated, looking at the next layer can help us find a new insight that lets us have a new look at our goals leading into the next session.
