Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience, I recognize how significant the decision is to begin therapy. I am here to guide you so that you can gain clarity about this decision and eventually experience the benefits of therapy, which be a powerful and life changing. I work with a broad range of people and problems, but my focus is primarily on adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also help people struggling with relationship issues and various life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My priority is helping you in the way that you need. Before anything, this means that my focus is helping you feel safe, comfortable, and trusting with me. I approach sessions with curiosity, empathy, and an attention to detail. I am interested in collaborating with you to make sense of your experience from as many different angles as possible, including exploring memories as they emerge naturally.

What you can expect from me

While the focus in therapy is mainly on you, you can still expect an organic conversation that is rooted in mutuality. I want you to feel at ease. Typically, we will simply begin with you telling me what brought you to therapy. From there, we will proceed as a partnership whose mission is to help you live the life you want for yourself. We will make sense of your unique experience and what has gotten in the way for you. Over time, you can expect relief and satisfaction to emerge through the deep understandings that you gain throughout our process.

Please note: Initial appointments booked through Headway are full clinical sessions billed to insurance. I do not offer free consultations.
