Great to meet you!

I work with people within the drugs, alcohol, neurodiverse, and queer communities as well as those affected by them. I use a Harm Reduction approach that tends work well in helping people get to where they want to go with their goals.

My approach to therapy

I am someone who listens, takes notes, and tries to keep things that are important to my clients at the forefront of our work together. I carefully review goals with and challenge clients on their harshness towards themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients tend to come to therapy with different expectations and I tend to show them my investigative nature in our first session looking to make connections on how they act, feel and respond to different things. I ask questions, remember emotions, and challenge harmful thinking.
