Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist offering a warm, collaborative space where you can feel at ease exploring your inner world at your own pace. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Brigham Young University and my PhD in School Psychology from the University of Arizona. My work is shaped not only by professional training, but by my own wrestles with life and the search for purpose, allowing me to show up with genuine empathy and respect for your path. Together, we’ll create an open, honest therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you grow into the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with mindfulness and CBT, helping you build psychological flexibility and move toward a more authentic, values-driven life. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity and meaning-making, spirituality, life transitions, and diverse personal journeys.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect total validation and compassion for your personal story, and a focus on identifying the pain points that keep you feeling stuck. In this way, we can target the critical skills to work on in order to reach your goals and live the life you want.
