Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed psychologist offering a warm, collaborative space where you can feel at ease exploring your inner world at your own pace. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Brigham Young University and my PhD in School Psychology from the University of Arizona.
While I work with a variety of concerns, I have a particular passion for helping people through major life transitions, including relationship changes, divorce, career transitions, burnout, identity questions, and faith deconstruction or spiritual transitions. These experiences can feel incredibly isolating, yet they also create opportunities to build a life that is more authentic and intentional than the one that came before.
My interest in this work is both professional and personal. Having navigated significant life transitions myself—including a profound shift in my own worldview—I understand how disorienting it can be when long-held assumptions no longer fit. While your journey will be different from mine, I know what it's like to question your identity, wrestle with uncertainty, and slowly build a life grounded in your own values rather than fear or obligation.
Whether you're seeking direction, healing, or simply a place where you don't have to have all the answers, therapy can become a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels meaningful again. My goal isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to help you discover who you want to be and give you practical tools to move in that direction.
