Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting people dealing with ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious about the future, social situations or interpersonal relationships including dealing with a narcissist family member, and have negative thoughts about themselves or a generally pessimistic outlook. Additionally, they may face difficulties with racing thoughts, impulsivity, organization skills, procrastination, time management, and emotional regulation. In our work together, I provide a warm and safe space to gain insight, develop personalized strategies, and build effective coping skills.

My approach to therapy

I like to let the client choose the focus for the session depending on what is on their mind, but I always have a plan for each session. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns that may be impacting your relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, and mood. Additionally, I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach practical skills for improving your interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, ability to tolerate distressing events/situations, and managing anxiety. I also provide psychoeducation to support improved communication, establish healthy boundaries, and develop effective coping strategies for managing anxiety and ADHD.

What you can expect from me

My clients leave each session feeling truly understood, heard, and cared for. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable opening up and exploring your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll work to deepen your understanding of your challenges and develop practical, actionable skills that you can use outside of our sessions.
