Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10+ years of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups in a variety of capacities and through a broad range of concerns. I have worked in community mental health, as an educator, and in private practice. You might come to see me if you are navigating loss, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or a sense that something in your life no longer feels aligned with who you are becoming. I offer a collaborative and exploratory setting to work through challenges and engage with what matters most in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, drawing mainly from relational psychodynamic and existential frameworks. I support people in turning toward what feels most difficult or unsettled in their lives — not only in search of relief, but of deeper self-understanding and ways of living that feel more alive and connected.

What you can expect from me

I offer a space where you are encouraged to speak freely, where together we pay attention to and wonder about your thoughts, feelings, hopes, dreams, and challenges — including the often hidden currents that shape how you move through life. As we work together, you may begin noticing and relating to your experiences in new ways — cultivating fresh perspective, a growing capacity to respond to change, and fuller engagement.
