Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2021. My clinical experience includes working in high school, university counseling, medical, and outpatient settings, supporting adolescents and adults ages 13 and older. I have experience working with clients across a wide range of concerns and levels of acuity.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s needs, with attention to culture, identity, and the broader context shaping their experience. I value creating a supportive space where clients feel understood while also working collaboratively toward practical change. My work often focuses on short-term therapy, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and practical approach to therapy, using cognitive and behavioral strategies (like CBT) to help clients break things down into manageable steps and move toward solutions. I also incorporate role-playing and emotional exploration to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space that feels supportive and low-pressure, while still being focused on making progress if needed. I typically use this time to get to know you, your concerns, your goals, and your personality, and to understand what brings you to therapy. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for my style and see if it’s a good fit for you. My goal is to help you feel comfortable while beginning to build a clear direction for our work together.
