Great to meet you!

I believe therapy requires genuine care for the person sitting in front of you; my aim is for you to feel that care from the moment we meet to the last interaction we share. As a patient-centered provider, my goal is to best understand your unique experience and collaboratively work towards improving daily functioning to the best of my expertise. I believe rapport is crucial, competency is expected, and success is achieved best by working collaboratively.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Whether addressing stress and anxiety, past or ongoing trauma, medical co-morbidities, sports performance, or concerns identified through neuropsychological evaluation, I strive to understand the person beyond the diagnosis. My specialties are built upon years of passionate clinical work and research in Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology, allowing me to integrate scientifically supported interventions with genuine compassion to help you achieve meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll identify a collaborative direction and begin shaping goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and responsive to your needs. Out first session is also an opportunity for you to assess me. I welcome your questions, preferences, and honest reactions as you consider whether my approach and presence feel like the right fit. My goal is not to rush the process, but to build rapport, understand you in context, and create a foundation of trust from which our work can develop.
