Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families in achieving mental and emotional balance, I bring both depth and compassion to my work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama and hold two master’s degrees in mental health counseling (MAC and MACMHC). My approach is flexible and client-centered, drawing on a variety of therapeutic methods to ensure the process is guided by each client’s unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe and supported. Using evidence-based practices, I guide individuals in discovering their own path to health and wellness. My focus is not on labeling with a diagnosis, but on helping clients cultivate skills and strategies to navigate challenges and live as the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is not intended to provide therapy, but rather to establish a strong foundation for the counseling process. It is important that both client and counselor have the necessary information to build a collaborative and effective relationship. During this session, clients are encouraged to ask questions about the counselor and the process. The counselor will also use a Biopsychosocial questionnaire to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s background, current challenges, and desired goals, ensuring that future sessions are tailored to their unique needs.
