Great to meet you!

Maybe the hardest part isn't what happened to you. It's the way it keeps showing up now, in your relationships, your sleep, the moments you can't quite explain to people who weren't there. If trauma, an unhealthy relationship, or the weight of anxiety and depression has been running your days, there is a way through that doesn't require reliving everything at once to heal. I work with adults, teens, and seniors carrying trauma, PTSD, interpersonal violence, grief, anxiety, depression, and difficult family or relationship patterns. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and uses EMDR alongside CBT and other evidence-based tools. We move at the pace that is right for you, building toward a life that feels more like your own.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and respect. My approach is trauma-informed and focused on helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make choices that align with your values.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, collaborative space where we begin getting to know one another and what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant personal history, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. I’ll answer questions, explain my approach, and work with you to identify initial goals and possible next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out or share more than you feel comfortable with—we’ll move at a pace that works for you.
