As an AD/HD specialist with 10 years of professional experience, I work with both adults and children to improve focus, impulse control, motivation, battle procrastination, and accomplish goals in both school and the professional world. I also have experience guiding people of all ages through trauma and suicidal ideation. With my experience, I know we can work together to improve your life, process breakups and move forward from anger this spring. I have late, in-person, appointments available to accommodate busy schedules.

People with AD/HD or trauma tend to struggle with self-invalidation due to receiving frequent criticism. I use cognitive therapy to strengthen skills that help to fight distraction and your inner critic so you can actually get tasks done. I am also equipped to support clients with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts.

If your school or professional schedule makes it difficult to seek support, I get you. I offer in-person appointments on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday until 8pm to accommodate your needs.
