Great to meet you!

Hello,

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with five years of clinical mental health experience. My practice integrates therapeutic and coaching approaches to address various mental health concerns.

I currently work with athletes, teenagers, young adults, and adults. My experience encompasses sports mental health, mental performance, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family issues, and men’s mental health.

As an eclectic clinician, I conduct comprehensive assessments and establish strong therapeutic relationships to determine the most appropriate interventions for each individual.

My approach to therapy

I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief SFT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’m also familiar with other therapeutic approaches. I’ll learn more about what firs during our conversation.
