Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dynamic therapist who focuses on interpersonal growth and development through trauma-informed, emotionally focused, and skills-based clinical interventions. I have special interests in LGBTQIA+ issues, religious trauma, substance abuse recovery, and have unique training in pediatric crisis stabilization.

My approach to therapy

Most of my clients have remarked that I make them feel comfortable and that I am easy to talk to; I like to think that I am good at making human connections. Working with me is simple: I am respectful, professional, and compassionate; I am primarily a psychodynamic practitioner but I also rely heavily on behavioral therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT). I am open to working with any adult who feels ready to begin this process!

What you can expect from me

I don't think any authentic therapy can take place without the centrality of core values. Values often set the tone for therapy: Why is this important? Why even do this? Therapy based in mutual trust and vulnerability can help people reach their value-based goals!
