Great to meet you!
I became a therapist because I know how life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of ourselves. I bring a calm, grounded presence to the therapy room and strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be real—whether they’re showing up with confidence or with pain.
I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and have several years of experience in private practice, working with both individuals and couples. My work centers on relationship dynamics, anxiety, identity, low self-worth, trauma, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping people who feel caught in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether in how they show up with others or how they speak to themselves.
I work with adults across many identities and backgrounds and welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender expressions, and relationship structures. I aim to meet each person where they are, with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
