Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I know how life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of ourselves. I bring a calm, grounded presence to the therapy room and strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be real—whether they’re showing up with confidence or with pain.

I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and have several years of experience in private practice, working with both individuals and couples. My work centers on relationship dynamics, anxiety, identity, low self-worth, trauma, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping people who feel caught in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether in how they show up with others or how they speak to themselves.

I work with adults across many identities and backgrounds and welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender expressions, and relationship structures. I aim to meet each person where they are, with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, insight-oriented, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in the context of connection—not just through insight, but through feeling safe enough to show up fully. I help clients explore how past experiences and unconscious beliefs may be influencing their current relationships, emotions, and choices.

Depending on your needs, I integrate tools from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and cognitive approaches when helpful. In couples therapy, I support both partners in feeling heard and understood while also challenging patterns that get in the way of connection.

Whether we’re exploring long-standing emotional wounds or working on practical tools for communication or self-regulation, I tailor therapy to meet you where you are and where you want to go.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions with greater clarity about what’s driving their emotions or behaviors and more compassion for themselves in the process. You’ll gain tools to help navigate your inner world, communicate more effectively, and set boundaries that honor your needs.

In our work, we’ll focus not only on what’s not working, but also on your strengths, values, and hopes. Therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be profoundly empowering. My goal is to help you build the insight and confidence to make choices that align with who you are—so you feel more connected, grounded, and in charge of your life.
