Great to meet you!

You may be here because something in your life is no longer working the way it used to. Maybe you are noticing something feels stuck or keeps getting in the way: anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, grief, stress, or relationship patterns that keep repeating. You may be coping the best you can, but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You may not need someone to simply tell you what is wrong; you may need someone to help you understand the story behind why you feel stuck.

My approach to therapy

I have around 20 years of experience in counseling working with anxiety, trauma, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, phase of life issues, veterans, and general mental health. I also offer EMDR and clinical hypnosis. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and focused on helping you explore solutions to current struggles.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is not about judging what is wrong with you. It is about understanding what happened, what you learned to believe, what strengths you already carry, and what kind of life you want to move toward. My hope is that you leave therapy with calmer nerves, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, a clearer purpose, and renewed confidence.
