Great to meet you!

Hello!

I’m Dr. Daniel Reyes, a compassionate and client-centered counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope. I have more than 5 years of clinical experience and over 35 years in the helping professions. My passion is to help you feel better in every aspect of your well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence‐based work, drawing mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. In simple terms, we’ll focus on practical tools that help you understand what’s getting in the way and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

I believe real healing starts with feeling safe and understood. I place a strong emphasis on building a genuine therapeutic connection and creating a space that feels accepting and collaborative. From there, we’ll tailor our work together to support your unique goals and priorities.
