Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with over 10 years of experience working with youth who are dealing with trauma and depression. I've spent years working with children and families as a DCF worker, foster care therapist, outpatient therapist, and now school based therapist. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, family issues, or any tough emotional struggle please reach out!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anger management, trauma therapy, feelings recognition and coping skills, as well as family therapy. I have many years of experience working with clients from age 10 all the way to age 80. I often utilize a strengths based approach. In doing so, I help my clients find strengths they did not know existed.

What you can expect from me

I let my clients know from the start that it is very important to build a theraputic relationship. I have a calming and laid back approach that is inviting to my clients of all ages. I let my clients know that this is a team effort, and that we will build a treatment plan together, and set goals that they feel are best for them.
