Great to meet you!

Daniel is a licensed mental health therapist who works with individuals navigating bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, mood concerns, neurodivergence, and relationship challenges, including separation and divorce. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings a strong clinical foundation to his work. Daniel meets clients where they are, using a collaborative approach that feels more like a supportive conversation than a clinical process. He integrates DBT, CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapies to help clients feel more grounded, understood, and connected.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. I work in a way that feels more like a supportive conversation than a clinical process, creating space for clients to feel safe, understood, and respected. I integrate DBT, CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to slow down and get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together—at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My goal is for the first session to feel welcoming, grounded, and collaborative, so you leave feeling supported and with a clearer sense of how therapy with me can help.
