Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Massachusetts. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, computer-based ADHD testing and pharmacogenetic testing for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6+.

I am currently accepting new patients with appointments available within 2 weeks via telehealth. My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood and personality disorders, schizophrenia, life stress, or co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.

Through thoughtful medication management and open communication, we create personalized treatment plans to help improve symptoms, restore balance, and support meaningful progress in daily life. My goal is to help you feel more stable, clear, and in control of your life.

Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially if past treatments haven’t worked. You don’t have to do this alone. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll find an approach that works for you and move forward at your pace. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you take that next step.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, non-judgmental and strength-based. I believe you already have the foundation for change—we’ll build on that together.

I use approaches like:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns
  • Behavioral Activation (BA) to reconnect you with motivation and meaningful activities
  • Motivational Interviewing to support real, lasting change at your own pace

When medication is part of your care, I take a thoughtful, personalized approach—working with you (not just prescribing to you) so you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.

I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. I use evidence-based medication management combined with open communication to create personalized treatment plans tailored to your needs and goals. I also take a holistic view, considering lifestyle, stressors, and overall functioning to support meaningful, lasting improvement.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—what’s been going on, what feels hardest right now, and what you want to feel different. We’ll talk through your goals and begin creating a plan that fits your needs, whether that includes therapy, medication, or both.

You can expect a space that is nonjudgmental, supportive, and focused on real-life change. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction.
