Thank you for considering me for your healing journey. Many clients that I work with are members of the LGBTQ community, both teens and adults. In addition, I am a great fit for adults interested in finding the tools to navigate an increasingly more challenging world. I offer individual services as well as relationship therapy services. My areas of clinical expertise are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

I use Somatic Experiencing and Relational approaches in my work. My approach is promotes the mind-body connection, empowering my clients to live an embodied and fulfilled life. In our work together, we will collaborate to move through all that feels stuck or unresolved in your external and internal experiences.
