Great to meet you!

With 22 years of teaching experience and two years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for youth and adults in educational and therapeutic settings. My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins in a space where people feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly share their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, ART, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I also use age-appropriate therapeutic concepts to build self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills. My goal is to help clients strengthen their inner resources and navigate life’s difficulties with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I build trust through active listening, empathy, and validation. I work collaboratively with each client to support insight, growth, and meaningful change, while tailoring the process to their unique needs and strengths.
