Great to meet you!

My name is Daniel, and I am a Christian Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience providing trauma-informed, faith-based care. I specialize in working with adolescent and adult males facing mental health challenges, addiction, relationship conflict, and involvement with complex systems such as foster care, criminal justice, treatment programs, homelessness services, and academic institutions. I also support families and caregivers who are navigating these systems alongside their loved ones.

My practice is unique because I combine extensive systems experience with a servant-leadership approach rooted in faith. Having worked across residential and outpatient treatment, schools, probation and parole, homelessness services, and child welfare, I understand how trauma, addiction, and spiritual struggle often intersect. This allows me to support both personal healing and effective coordination with families, churches, and community.

My approach to therapy

I help clients through practical, evidence-based therapy grounded in a biblical worldview and sound clinical practice. My approach integrates trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, skill-building, and thoughtful system navigation, with Scripture and prayer incorporated when desired. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward stability, recovery, and purpose in Christ.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect a safe, respectful, and structured space where your story is heard and your goals guide the work. Early sessions focus on assessment, identifying strengths, clarifying concerns, and developing a clear and realistic treatment plan. The work is relational and intentional, with an emphasis on practical steps that support real-life change.
