Great to meet you!

I believe that we all have the capacity for self-actualization and fulfillment in our lives as engaged human beings who are full participants in the world. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness. I utilize an approach that combines evidence-based practices, spirituality, authenticity, and creativity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We live in extremely polarized and divisive times. I emphatically believe that that the politicization of the therapeutic process is to be avoided. I work with clients as individuals, traversing belief, ideological orientation, or world view.

What you can expect from our first session

While there are serious and concerning issues we may look at in therapy, it can also be a place for humor and joy. The things we are entertained by, and are fond of, many times say a lot about us. I am a bit of a geek, as well as a certified therapeutic game master, and spaceships, music, pop culture, cute animals, rare hobbies and specialized interests are more than welcome topics of discussion.
