Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I genuinely believe people can grow through adversity. As a clinical and sports psychologist, author, speaker, and father of three, I have spent much of my life helping others navigate challenges and pursue meaningful goals. My professional experience—and my own experiences with life's unexpected hardships—have taught me that resilience is not about avoiding pain, but learning how to move through it with courage, wisdom, and purpose. I bring both compassion and practical strategies to help clients create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

With more than 25 years of clinical experience, I help people find clarity and direction during some of life's most difficult moments. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, or high-performance demands, I specialize in helping clients find solutions in the fog. My cognitive behavioral approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand the patterns that keep you stuck while building the skills needed to create meaningful change. Together, we will work toward greater resilience, confidence, and a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. In our first session, my goal is to help bring clarity to the situation by understanding your story, identifying key challenges, and exploring potential paths forward. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and practical environment where we can begin separating what is within your control from what is not. Most clients leave with a clearer understanding of their situation, a sense of direction, and the confidence that meaningful change is possible.
