Great to meet you!

I have 8 years of experience working in Indiana as a counselor. Obtained my Master's degree from Indiana University in 2017.

My approach to therapy

My approach has been greatly influenced by my experiences working with families and kids/adults involved with child protective services as well as my time as a grief counselor at IU Health Hospice.

Areas I commonly focus on in treatment are trauma, grief, and relationships. I enjoy collaborating with others as they go through big life changes like loss that shape how they interact with the world.

My belief in creating a safe space to express yourself is rooted in my experiences playing music, running table top role playing games, and experience with improv comedy and musical theater.

What you can expect from me

I work to get a sense of the real you beyond a list of your current symptoms. I hope to elevate and uplift what energizes you and keeps you going day to day and to practice holding that during moments of increased distress.
