Great to meet you!

I have been supporting individuals and families for more than 28 years, and I truly love the work I do. Clients describe me as energetic, direct, and deeply invested in their growth. My background includes working with adults, children, and teens in some of the most challenging settings, and those experiences shaped my belief that everyone has the capacity to change and live with more clarity and purpose. I enjoy helping people move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions while building confidence and a stronger sense of self.

Beyond my clinical training, I bring a personal passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, respected, and encouraged to take meaningful steps forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe each person comes to therapy with their own inner resources. My role is to help you uncover them. I work collaboratively, guiding you as you process thoughts, feelings, and patterns so you can gain insight and a deeper awareness of what is shaping your life. I am direct when needed, supportive when things feel heavy, and always focused on helping you move toward a higher quality of life. For many clients, therapy with me feels empowering, practical, and eye-opening.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversation is about getting to know you and understanding what you want from therapy. We will talk about what has been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and how we can work together as a team. I often introduce simple tools or homework early on so you feel actively involved in your growth. My goal is that you walk away from the first session feeling heard, supported, and motivated to take the next step.
